Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and licenses of plugins and digital products sold by Marijan Kelava trading as Code & Blocks (codeandblocks.xyz). By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date — no questions asked.

To request a refund, simply send an e-mail to marijan@codeandblocks.xyz with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

The money-back guarantee does not apply to renewals — only to the initial purchase.

3. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans (e.g. Personal Monthly, Professional Monthly) are billed on an annual basis. Each subscription period covers 12 months of plugin updates and support from the date of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price. You will receive a reminder before your renewal date. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription at least 1 day before the automatic renewal date. Cancellations can be requested by e-mail at marijan@codeandblocks.xyz.

If your subscription lapses, the plugin continues to work as installed, but you will no longer receive new feature updates, bug fixes, or support.

4. Lifetime License

The Personal Lifetime license grants you access to all updates and bug fixes released within the current major version series (3.x). This means every 3.x release is included at no extra cost for as long as that version is actively maintained.

When a new major version is released (e.g. 4.x), the lifetime license does not automatically include it. At that point you have two options:

• Continue using your current 3.x version indefinitely — it keeps working.
• Upgrade to the new major version at a special discounted upgrade price available exclusively to existing lifetime customers.

The lifetime license is valid for activation on one website at a time. You may transfer your license to a different site at any time — simply deactivate it on the old site and activate it on the new one. For simultaneous use on multiple sites, an additional license must be purchased for each additional site.

5. Support

Subscription plans include support for the same 12-month period as the plan itself. Renewing your subscription renews your support access for another year. Professional plan subscribers receive priority support with faster response times.

Lifetime license holders receive 6 months of support from the date of purchase. After that, support can be extended in additional 6-month blocks (details and pricing to be announced).

6. License Usage

Plugin licenses are for use on sites you own or manage. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the plugin or any part of it. Each license tier has a specific product limit (number of products in the library) as described on the pricing page.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the plugin's changelog or by e-mail. Continued use of the plugin after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
